Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Provoqué GmbH, Rebenstrasse 11, 4421 St. Pantaleon, Switzerland, info@provoquewatches.com) in writing (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their quality, characteristics, and functioning.
Warranty
All Provoqué Watches come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
However, the actual warranty service is fulfilled by our manufacturing partner in China, who is responsible for the repair, replacement, or evaluation of defective products under warranty. Provoqué GmbH acts as the intermediary for warranty communication and coordination but does not itself perform or guarantee the technical execution of the warranty service.
