Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered as a single shipment;

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, provided you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or piece, provided you ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please visit our return/exchange portal and select the option:

“I would like to return/exchange my order.”

It is sufficient for the withdrawal period that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired to: Brümmelkamp 10, 21423 Winsen.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract conclusion, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur's control;
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
