Express shipping means that the order is not subject to the additional 1-3 business days processing time, but is shipped directly on the same/next business day, not delivered.

Refund Policy

---

1. RETURNS:
Within the EU (European Union):
You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to return it to us
Returns must be sent within 7 days of an accepted request
The customer has to pay for the costs of the return
No returns of items that are on sale/ listed in the sale category

NOTE: If the above requirements are not met, the item will be returned to you. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment. Any damage will result in the item being returned to you.

Outside the EU (European Union):
There are no refunds or returns. If you received a defective item, please contact us via email: info@schw-ass.de

2. INSTRUCTIONS:
The item needs to be in original condition and should not have any signs of use, otherwise we can not accept it and you have to pay the shipping costs to send the parcel back to you.
No labels, tags, bags, gifts, original box or anything else may have been removed, exchanged, taken out or damaged, otherwise we can not give you a full refund. (We deduct 5-10€ from the total amount of the order for removed, taken out or damaged side items, the deducted amount depends on how much of the original contents of the parcel is missing.)
Pack the item securely in the original box
Send the package insured and with tracking number to the return address below & drop it off at a shipping store or packing station of your choice.
Keep the customer receipt & wait for your refund. (It can take 2-8 days for us to process your return and credit your account, after the parcel arrives at our warehouse).

We do not offer traditional exchanges. Please follow the instructions above to return your order. Once we have checked that everything is in order, we will issue a refund and you can reorder the item in your preferred version.
Outside the EU (European Union):
There are no exchanges. If you received a defective item, please contact us via email: info@schw-ass.de

NOTE: We also charge a fee of EUR 10.00 for orders that are returned to the wrong address.
